Our accommodations have individual entrances and clients only share the landscaped or transit areas.
INFORMATION FOR AFFECTED
We have detailed information on nearby health centers and hospitals (with address, telephone and hours of operation).
ACTION PROTOCOL
We have a disinfection protocol to apply immediately if a suspicious case is detected that has been transferred to the health center.
TRAINED PERSONNEL
We have prepared our employees to avoid direct contact with the client and we have trained them on good practices to prevent covid infections19.
WE AVOID AGGLOMERATIONS
We manage the access of our clients so that there are no crowds and queues, in order to avoid contact between them.
CLEANING PRACTICES
The accommodation has been perfectly ventilated and disinfected to make your stay safe. We have taken special care in disinfecting knobs, handles, taps and places and objects that may have been tampered with.
USE OF OZONE
In cleaning and disinfection we use OZONO air purification devices, every time a client leaves the accommodation / stay (checkout).
INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
All personnel entering the rooms, including cleaning personnel, are required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment: FFP2 mask, liquid resistant gown, gloves and splash proof goggles.
PROTECTION DURING CLEANING
All personnel entering the rooms, including cleaning personnel, are required to wear an FFP2 mask and gloves.
COMMON ZONES
Common areas are cleaned and disinfected every day.
AVAILABLE TO THE CLIENT
We have hydroalcoholic and / or disinfectant solutions to facilitate clients who need it.
DISINFECTING SOLUTIONS IN THE STAYS
We have hydroalcoholic and / or disinfectant solutions in all the rooms of our accommodation.
DISINFECTING SOLUTIONS IN COMMON AREAS
We have placed hydroalcoholic solutions and / or hand sanitizers in public areas for the use of our clients.
DISPOSABLE MATERIAL
We have added disposable items like hand drying paper to minimize the risk of contagion.
PROVIDE DISINFECTING SOLUTIONS
If required, we can provide you with a liquid solution with disinfectant to apply to any surface or object that may have suffered contamination, previously indicating how they should use it. Or failing that, our own staff will proceed to disinfect it.
ALLOCATION OF SPACES
We have allocation of common spaces with specific indications so that our clients only use the areas that have been assigned to them and, thus, avoid accidental contagion.
PAY WITHOUT CONTACT
For the payment of the services we have devices compatible with remote payment devices (without any contact).
CLEANING THE DATA
We disinfect and clean the dataphone after each use.
AIR CONDITIONING REVIEW
We have increased the frequency of inspection and filter cleaning of our air conditioning equipment.
